How fast is scooter delivery in Phuket?
Within 3 hours of your booking being confirmed, anywhere on the island — as long as it's confirmed between 8:00 and 20:00. Most deliveries in the Patong–Kata–Karon area arrive well under two hours.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery and pick-up are free across all of Phuket, whatever you rent and however long you rent it for. There is no minimum rental period to qualify.
Can you deliver to Phuket airport?
Yes — we meet you at Phuket International Airport (HKT) arrivals. Land, message us your terminal exit, and ride away instead of queueing for a taxi.
What if I land at night?
Bookings confirmed after 20:00 are delivered first thing the next morning, usually by 9:00. Tell us your hotel when you book and it will be waiting before you finish breakfast.
What do I need to show the driver?
A valid driving licence for the vehicle class (an international driving permit is recommended for tourists), and your passport or a photo of it. The driver takes handover photos so the vehicle's condition is documented for both of us.
How does returning the vehicle work?
The same way, in reverse — we collect it from your hotel, villa, or the airport for free at the end of your rental. Your deposit is returned in full at drop-off, less any agreed damage or unpaid charges.
Do I pay before delivery?
No. You pay at handover — cash, card, or bank transfer — or via a secure payment link if you prefer to settle in advance. Your booking is confirmed without any prepayment.
